本文依据中国科学技术信息研究所研制的中国英文科技期刊数据库，对我国307种正式出版的英文科技期刊进行指标的统计与分析。以定量的角度统计期刊在创刊时间、出版地区、出版周期、学科等方面的分布情况，并结合影响因子和总被引频次等指标对期刊的影响力进行分析。中国英文科技期刊的数量不断增长，影响力不断提升，但办刊资源依旧分散，没有形成规模。

based on the database of English S&T Journals in China that is created by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, analyzing the indexes of 307 English S&T Journals in China which published formally in China. Studying the publication region, publication year, frequency, subjects and so on, analyzing the journals impacts through impact indexes, such as impact factor, total cites and so on. The number of English S&T Journals in China has been increasing and the impact has been improving. Due to the diversion of operation resources, English S&T Journals in China has not make large-scale development.
