基于SWOT及PEST理论方法，系统分析广东省重大科技成果转化数据库面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等内外环境影响因素，研究提出“建资源枢纽平台、通市场服务链条、拓商业服务模式、搭全省服务网络”等针对性、互补性、全方位的数据库发展战略。

Abstract:

SWOT and PEST based on the theory of system analysis on the influencing factors of internal and external environment facing the transformation of the database of major scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong Province, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, the research put forward "build resource hub platform, through market service chain, extension service mode, take the commercial service network" and so on, complementary, comprehensive database development strategy.
