区域生态产业的竞争力是影响区域经济社会能否可持续发展的关键。如何在区域经济社会发展中持续提升生态产业竞争力是一个重要课题。而低碳科技创新是形成和提升生态产业竞争力的最重要的手段。本文阐释了低碳科技创新的价值，明确了低碳科技创新促进生态产业竞争力提升的功能定位，并从政府政策引导、经济利益驱动、竞争与协作、信息共享、以生态产品质量改善为目标的低碳技术持续创新等方面构建了以低碳科技创新促进生态产业竞争力提升的若干机制。

Abstract:

The competitiveness of regional eco industry is to Influence the key to the sustainable development of regional economy and society. How to promote the competitiveness of eco industry in regional economic and social development is an important proposition.And Low carbon scientific and technological innovation is the most important means to form and promote the competitiveness of eco industry. This paper illustrates the value of low-carbon technological innovation, makes clear the function orientation of low carbon technology innovation to promote the competitiveness of eco industry, and constructs some mechanisms to promote the competitiveness of eco industry with low carbon technology innovation from the aspects of government policy guidance, economic interest driven, competition and cooperation, information sharing and sustainable innovation of low carbon technology with the goal of improving the quality of ecological products.
