摘要:

联盟企业技术创新的推动是专利联盟的基本职能之一。我国专利联盟出现的时间较短、经验不足,尚未产生深层次的作用。联盟特质对联盟企业技术创新存在着重要的影响。实证性的检验揭示了专利联盟中联盟企业技术创新的成长机理,发现了各项联盟特质对技术创新的影响路径,提出联盟企业技术创新的改进策略,从而进一步提高专利联盟的市场价值。研究结论对我国专利联盟与联盟企业的发展均存在着现实的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

(Jiangsu University, Management School, Zhenjiang 212013)#$NL: The promotion of technology innovation in alliance enterprise is a basic function of patent alliance. China Patent Alliance appeared in short time, lacking of experience, and has not yet produced profound effect. The alliance trait has important effects on alliance technology innovation. An empirical test reveals the growth mechanism of technology innovation of alliance enterprise in patent alliance, and discovers the effect paths of alliance trait in technology innovation of alliance enterprise, and put forward the improvement strategies of technology innovation of alliance enterprise, so as to further improve the market value of the patent alliance. The study conclusions have practical significance on China"s patent alliance and alliance enterprise development.
