Abstract:In order to solve problems of the low degree of innovation resource concentration and the low rate of achievement transformation in industry characteristic university collaborative innovation center, this paper constructs the knowledge transformation model of industry characteristic university collaborative innovation center using Nonaka’s SECI screw-type knowledge transfer generation model(SECI model). On this basis, this paper analyzes the transfer process from individual to individual to organization in four stages of knowledge transformation deeply. At last some countermeasures to promote knowledge transformation are putting forward: to pay attention to the excavation of tacit knowledge ,to promote the externalization of tacit knowledge, to emphasize the combination of explicit knowledge, to supervise the learning of overall knowledge of the organization and to lay emphasis on the improvement of shared consciousness and trust of collaborative innovation center members.
