斯坦福大学技术转移运转模式研究及启示

Research on the Mode of Technology Transfer in Stanford University and Its Enlightenment

摘要:

在推进科技强国的建设过程中，高校的技术转移扮演着重要角色。本文对斯坦福大学技术许可办公室运转模式进行深入研究与分析，梳理了其参与高校科研成果走向市场的全过程，从发明专利技术披露、评估、专利申请以及市场化推广与收益分成，形成了高校技术转移的全过程跟踪与服务。斯坦福大学技术转移办公室的运转模式对我国高校技术转移具有很好的借鉴意义，因此本文在对斯坦福大学技术转移运转模式进行深度分析的基础上，结合我国现阶段高校技术转移现状及问题，提出若干政策建议，以期为我国高校的技术转移提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:

In the process of promoting the construction of power in the science and technology, technology transfer of universities plays an important role. This paper combs the in-depth study and analysis of the operation mode of Stanford University''s Office of Technology Licensing. At Stanford University, the Office of Technology Licensing participations in the whole process of university scientific research to market, from invention patent disclosure, evaluation, patent application and market promotion and income distribution into the formation of the technology transfer of the whole process of tracking and service. The operation mode of Stanford University''s technology transfer office is also very useful for the transfer of technology in colleges and universities in our country. Therefore, based on the analysis of the mode of technology transfer in Stanford University, this paper combines the current situation of technology transfer and the issues, and put forward some policy proposals, in order to provide some reference for China''s universities’ technology transfer.
