经济新常态下技术创新正成为推动产业结构转型升级的主引擎,供给侧结构性改革成为产业结构转型升级的必要路径，识别其内在演化机理和规律关系到经济增长动力的长久转化。本文基于2011-2015年中国31个省份的省际面板数据的基础上，构建了关于技术创新和产业结构非农化和高级化的计量经济模型。研究结果表明：（1）省际之间产业结构非农化、高级化水平差距较大，区域不均衡现象突出；（2）技术创新对产业结构非农化存在显著促进作用；（3）技术创新对产业结构高级化存在显著积极作用。最后针对研究结果提出对策建议。

Under the new economic norm,the technological innovation is becoming the main engine and The structural reform of the supply side is becoming the necessary path to promote the Transformation and Upgrading of China''s Industrial Structure. And the internal evolution mechanism and pattern is recognized, which is related to the long-term transformation of the economic growth power. Based on the provincial panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2015,this paper builds an econometric model for the technological innovation and industrial structure change.The results show that:(1)There is great difference among provinces in the non-agriculture and upgrading of industrial structure, and the regional development imbalance phenomenon is prominent.(2)The technological innovation has a significant effect on the non-agricultural structure of the industrial structure.(3)There is significantly positive effect between upgrading of industrial structure and technological innovation.According to the results of the study , some corresponding recommendations are put forward.
