Abstract:This paper sets intellectual capital, ecological environment and regional competitiveness as the research object, from the perspective of knowledge management, by the use of panel data between 2011 and 2015 years , combining the use of PLS-SEM and PLS-DA to study the relationship between intellectual capital, ecological environment and regional competitiveness.It is found that: human capital have a significant positive effect on the relationship between structure capital and relationship capital; relationship capital have a significant positive effect on the structure capital; structural capital have a significant positive effect on regional competitiveness ; structure capital have a significant positive impact on ecological environment; and ecological environment have a significant negative impact on regional competitiveness. In addition, the study shows that China''s eastern region especially Beijing and Shanghai’s Intellectual Capital agglomeration effect is obvious, the regional competitiveness is significantly better than the other regions, the central and western regions should strengthen the cultivation and promotion of the various dimensions of intellectual capital, in order to achieve green development, coordinated development and sustainable development of China''s economy as a whole.
