东北工业创新生态位适宜度的比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Niche Suitability of Industrial Innovation in Northeast China

摘要:

依据创新生态系统及创新生态位适宜度理论，通过对我国31个省份工业创新生态位适宜度的比较，藉由测度创新生态位适宜度和创新进化动量，摸清和梳理东北地区工业创新发展状况，总结东北三省工业创新生态位及其有关指标在全国所处的地位和面临的挑战。研究结论是：辽宁省工业整体创新生态位层级较高，但演进势能呈逐步减弱态势；吉林省工业创新生态位整体落后，创新资源及其整合能力普遍不足；黑龙江省工业创新生态位整体优势偏低，但演进动能空间较大。东北工业的创新驱动急需构建起基于创新生态位适宜度的产业创新生态系统，尤其需要从战略层面实现东北三省工业的创新联动效应，从“官产学”创新资源优化配置的视角全面提升东北工业的创新生态位级别。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and innovation niche suitability, this paper compares the industrial innovation niche suitability of 31 provinces in China, and measures the index of innovation ecosystem and innovation evolution momentum，to find out and sort out the status of industrial innovation development, and summarize the status and challenges of industrial innovation niche and related indexes in northeast China. The conclusions are as follows: the overall innovation niche level in Liaoning Province is higher, but the evolution potential energy is weakening gradually; the overall industrial innovation niche in Jilin Province is backward, and the innovation resources and their integration ability are generally insufficient; the overall advantage of industrial innovation niche in Heilongjiang Province is low, but the evolution kinetic energy is large. The innovation drive of northeast industry urgently needs to construct the industrial innovation ecosystem based on the niche suitability of innovation, especially to realize the innovation linkage effect of the three industries in northeast China from the strategic level. From the perspective of optimizing the allocation of innovative resources, the innovation niche level of northeast industry is promoted as a whole.
