以1997-2016年的WOS数据库中组织学习的文献为基础,运用CiteSpace软件为工具进行可视化分析。研究发现:组织学习内涵集中体现为三要素,组织学习有四条研究途径、三类研究视角。组织学习研究前沿为组织学习与技术管理的结合,尤其是信息技术(ICT)的结合;组织学习过程的重构以及对组织能力提升、绩效的改善;组织学习新的研究方法、新视角。组织学习的研究热点除了传统的研究方向:创新、绩效、适应性与双元能力等方面,此外,网络、组织文化与信任、国际化、中小企业等关键词同样成为研究的热点。

Based on the literatures of organizational learning in the WOS database from 1997 to 2016, CiteSpace software was used to analysis with visualization. It is found that organizational learning connotation is embodied in three elements, and the research approach is divided into four sections and three perspectives. The research frontiers are the combination of organizational learning and technical management, especially the combination of information technology (ICT);the reconstruction of organizational learning process, the improvement of organizational capacity, the improvement of performance and new research methods and new perspectives for organizational learning. The network, organizational culture and trust, internationalization, small and medium enterprises and other keywords have become the focus of research ,in addition to the traditional research directions: innovation, performance, adaptability and ambidexterity.
