科技创新人才创业胜任力培养机制研究：以跨境电子商务领域创业为例

Research On The Entrepreneurial Competence Cultivation Mechanism Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Talent : Take The Cross-Border E-Commerce Business As An Example

摘要:

本研究以跨境电子商务领域创业为例,探讨科技创新人才创业胜任力构成,以及从“政、产、学”三螺旋协同创新角度构建创业胜任力培养机制。首先在文献阅读及前期访谈、案例研究的基础上,本文提出科技创新人才创业胜任力结构及其培养机制的假设模型,最后通过对杭州、上海、宁波等8个全国跨境电商试点城市的183位创业的科技创新人才的问卷研究来验证和修正模型。从研究中可以得出：在跨境电子商务领域,科技创新人才的创业胜任力包含创业机会胜任力、国际文化胜任力、团队建设胜任力、商务创新胜任力、创业效能胜任力等5个维度；可从政府行政驱动、高校创业教育和产业协同培养等3个相互联系和共同作用的环节来构建创业胜任力培养机制,培养机制的各个要素对创业胜任力各维度有不同的影响。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to discuss the structure of scientific and technological innovation talents? entrepreneurial competence who starting businesses in cross-border e-commerce and the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurial competence which based on three triple helix innovation drive. On the basis of literature review, interviews and case studies, author proposed the hypothesis model of scientific and technological innovation talents? entrepreneurial competence structure as well as the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurial competence. Finally, through the questionnaire study of 183 scientific and technological innovation talents who come from eight cross-border e-commerce pilot cities include hangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chongqing , Guangzhou , Zhengzhou, Tianjin , Shenzhen to verify and correct the hypothesis model. From the research we can conclud that scientific and technological innovation talents entrepreneurial competence includes entrepreneurial opportunities competency, cross-border cultural competence, team building competency, business innovation competence and entrepreneurial performance competence. Entrepreneurial competence cultivation mechanism can be builded from the government"s policy driven , entrepreneurship education in colleges as well as industry collaborative training. The three are linked and working together to affect entrepreneurial competence. The element of cultivation mechanism have different effects on the different dimensions of the talents? entrepreneurial competence.
