新能源微电网技术的发展在一定程度上决定了未来的能源利用模式。以incoPat专利检索平台和我国国家知识产权局专利检索系统提供的数据为基础,分析新能源微电网领域的重点技术,并从发明专利的申请趋势、技术领域、地域分布、申请人和重要发明专利方面对新能源微电网技术的专利信息进行统计和分析。研究结果发现,我国的专利申请数量虽多,但是不注重在其他国家的专利布局,并且研究热点和研究主体过于集中。建议政府进一步鼓励企业、高校和科研机构开展合作,争取使我国能够早日占据新能源微电网技术的制高点。

The development of new energy microgrid technology determines the future energy utilization mode to a certain extent. Based on data provided by the incoPat patent retrieval platform and the patent retrieval system of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this paper analyzes the key technologies in the field of new energy microgrid, and analyzes the trend of patent application, technical field and geographical distribution,statistics and analysis of patent information on new energy microgrid technology for applicants and important invention patents. The results show that, although the number of patent applications in China is large, it does not pay attention to the distribution of patents in other countries, and the research focus and research subjects are too concentrated. It is suggested that, the government should further encourage the cooperation among enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, in order to enable China to occupy the commanding point of new energy microgrid technology early.
