要素价格扭曲对科技成果转化效率的影响—基于省级面板数据的实证研究

摘要:

要素价格扭曲对于科技成果转化效率具有十分重要的影响作用,但目前相关研究非常少。为此,在已有研究的基础上,本文提出劳动要素和资本要素的价格扭曲不利于我国科技成果转化效率的提升的相关假设,并采用2000年-2015年我国30个省份的面板数据进行验证,最终得出结论并提出了相关的建议。

Abstract:

Factor price distortions have a very important effect on the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements conversion, but there are very few related studies at present. therefore, based on the existing research, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the price distortions of labor factors and capital factors are not conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in China. And use the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2015 to verify. Finally, draw the conclusion and put forward the related suggestion.
