收益分配是激励科技成果转化的核心内容,完善的收益分配机制是促进科技成果向产业界转化的关键。美国大学较早地建立了完善的收益分配制度,通过对Stanford、MIT、Harvard等10所美国研究型大学的实证分析,归纳其在现金收入分配和股权分配上的具体实施和特点,探讨对中国科技成果收益分配的启示。

Abstract:

Royalty and equity distribution is the core content in stimulating the transforma-tion of scientific and technological achievements,consummating the royalty and equity dist-ribution system is the key part to promoting the transformation of scientific and technolo-gical achievements.American university established a perfect system of royalty and equity distribution earlier.This paper selects Stanford,MIT,Harvard and other 7 research universities of the United States as the research object.Through empirical analysis of these universiti-es.Summarizing its specific implementation and characteristics on the licensing royalty dist-ribution and equity allocation,and then discusses the enlightenment of the royalty and equi-ty distribution of scientific and technological achievements’ reformation in China.
