在国家实施创新驱动发展战略背景下，拓展创新领域并分别进行科学的绩效评价对于提升企业创新加速度具有重要的指导意义。文章将企业创新活动分成专注传统领域的主流创新和致力于拓展新兴创新领域的新流创新，根据二元创新的特征差异分别构建创新绩效评价体系，并分别采用隶属度和相关性分析法对构建的指标体系进行实证筛选，经检验最终确定的两个评价体系均具有较高的信度和效度，构建的创新绩效评价体系能够反映企业在二元创新领域所具备的优势和不足。

Under the background of the national innovation-driven development strategy, it is meaningful to expand the innovation field and carry out scientific performance evaluation to improve the innovation acceleration. In this paper, the innovation activities include two aspects, the one is mainstream innovation which focuses on the traditional innovative field, the other one is new-stream innovation which is committed to expanding the new innovative field, according to the different characteristics, the mainstream and new-stream innovation performance evaluation systems were constructed, and the methods of membership analysis and correlation analysis were used to streamline the evaluation systems, the result of the reliability and validity test showed that the two evaluation systems met the requirement, they were useful to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the different innovation field.
