工信部制订的两化融合管理体系国家标准是企业推进两化融合、实现智能制造目标的系统化方法论。企业新型能力的构建是体系建立和实施的关键环节。然而,该体系是框架性的指导文件,企业贯彻执行存在一定的难度。为此,在企业战略规划基础上,设计竞争优势需求识别模型和竞争优势可持续性评价方法。通过竞争力因素分析,提出数据驱动的新型能力识别方法。应用关联分析方法,构造支持新型能力实现的业务流程识别、诊断和优化方法工具。应用示例表明,设计的模型和工具化方法具有较强的可执行性,有助于企业贯彻执行两化融合管理体系标准,进一步扩展两化融合管理体系的适宜性、充分性和有效性。

Abstract:

The national standard of integration of informationization and industrialization management system formulated by the ministry of industry and information technology is a systematic approach to promote the integration for enterprises and realize the goal of intelligent manufacturing. The construction of the new capability of enterprises is the key link for the establishment and implementation of system standards. However, this standards is a framework guide document, it has a certain difficulty for enterprise to carry out it. Therefore, on the basis of enterprise strategy planning, a competitive advantage demand identification model and competitive advantage sustainability evaluation method are designed. Through the analysis of competitive factors, a data driven new capability acquiring method is presented. The approaches and tools of business process identification, diagnosis and optimization to realize the new capability are constructed using correlation analysis. The application examples show that the models and instrumental approaches designed have stronger enforceability, it help enterprises to carry out the standards of management system, and further expand the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the standards.
