国内外农业科技政策进展及我国新兴农业科技政策研究

Research Progress of Agricultural Science and Technology Policy at Home and Abroad and China

摘要:

发达国家以生物农业技术、农业信息技术和智能农机装备技术为主导的新农业科技革命正迅猛推进,其很大程度上得益于这些国家农业科技政策的引导支持。研究这些政策对我国相关政策制定具有重要参考价值。文章旨在厘清典型发达国家农业科技政策重点,梳理其为加快农业科技革命制定的政策措施,分析中国在新农业科技革命和产业变革中已有科技基础和政策制度,并与发达国家相关政策对比,进而总结不足并提出提升中国农业科技创新能力和产业竞争力政策建议。

Abstract:

Currently, the new agricultural technology revolution, dominated by biotechnology and information technology and intelligent machinery equipment technology, is booming in the developed countries, which is largely attributed to the successful agricultural S T (science and technology) policy and industrial policy in these countries. The research on these policies have important reference value for the policy-making in China.
