Comparative study on transformation policy of scientific and technology achievements in different regions

摘要:

科技成果转化是科技与经济链接的枢纽，是科技创新的重要一环，不同区域结合自身发展出台系列科技成果转化政策，也映射其所涉及的重点领域和发展方向。本文通过对北京市、广东省、江苏省科技成果转化政策与国家颁布的科技成果转化法等面板数据进行收集与挖掘。基于量化分析，从政策中涉及的重点领域、平台建设、激励制度3个维度找出其差异，并以各地区高校、科研院所和企业等因素纳入分析因子，分析三者在科技成果转化政策构架中的差异并提出建议和进一步思考。

Abstract:

Transformation of scientific and technological research achievements is the bridge between technology and economy.It is an important part of scientific and technological innovation.Many regions have introduced a large number of scientific and technological achievements policies mirrors the research focus and direction.This article collected and analyze the policies that from Beijing, Guangdong and Jiangsu province.Based on quantitative analysis, there are differences in key areas,platform construction and incentive systerms and regional universities, research institutes and Enterprise factors into the analysis factors, from analysis of differences in the achievements of science and technology transformation policy framework to make recommendations and further thinking.
