针对输变电工程数据管理关于数据处理、应用及数据质量与安全等方面缺乏完整的数据管理技术标准体系的问题,本文通过调研现有输变电工程数据管理技术标准,分析了输变电工程数据的特点,明确了现有输变电工程数据管理技术标准存在的问题及数据管理技术标准的需求。立足输变电工程对数据管理技术标准的需求,确立了输变电工程数据管理技术标准系统目标,建立了输变电工程数据管理技术标准关联模型。通过对输变电工程数据管理技术标准依存主体常用词汇的抽取,形成了输变电工程数据管理技术标准的初步类图并对类进行了分组。在此基础上,构建了输变电工程数据管理技术标准体系的层结构,提出了输变电工程数据管理技术标准体系框架,为完善输变电工程数据管理技术标准体系提供参考。

Based on existing problems of lacking of complete data management technology standard system on power transmission and transformation project on data processing, application and data quality and safety and so on,this paper analyzed the characteristics of power transmission and transformation engineering data through researching of existing power transmission and transformation engineering data management technology standard,and definited the existing problems of power transmission and transformation engineering data management technology standard and data management technology standard requirements.Based on the requirement of data management technology standard on power transmission and transformation projects ,this paper established the target of power transmission and transformation project data management technology standard system, and built the correlation model of power transmission and transformation project data management technology standard .The UML is based on the Keywordsof standardized system of data management in power transmission and transformation project. Based on the UML, we construct the structure and framework of the standardized system of data management in power transmission and transformation project which provides a reference for perfecting the standardized system of data management in power transmission and transformation project.
