企业绿色技术创新激励机制研究

Study on Incentive Mechanism for Business Green Technology Innovation

经济社会的可持续发展取决于企业绿色技术创新（green tech-innovation）的规模和水平。在现行经济运行机制中，企业生产活动面临的双重外部性，是导致企业绿色创新动力不足的直接原因。深入探讨了绿色技术创新利益攸关方之间的博弈关系，研究了制约企业绿色技术创新的诸多因素，提出了从政府规制、行业中介组织监督评价、消费逆向拉动、顾客参与因素等四个方面的激励机制，为构建绿色创新型经济提供了有益参考。

Abstract:

Sustainable development for the economy and society depends on the scale and level of enterprises’ green tech-innovation. In the current economic system, the dual externality of production activities has direct impacts on the insufficient driving force for the green innovation. Game relations among stakeholders of green tech-innovation are deeply analyzed. Various factors to constrain firms’ green tech-innovation are discussed. And from four aspects, respectively, government regulations mechanism, industrial intermediary organization supervision and evaluation mechanism, consumption reversal drawing mechanism and customers’ participation mechanism are proposed, which can also offer helpful references for constructing green innovative economies.
