摘要:

创新创业环境是创新成功的决定性要素。本文围绕创新创业环境内涵,将政府支持、产业发展、研发环境、人才环境、金融支持、市场环境六大要素作为创新创业环境评价指标,并以闽台两省为例,对两岸创新创业环境进行比较研究。研究结果表明：在“互联网+”浪潮的推动下,两岸创新创业环境稳中有升,发展势头良好,但仍存在发展空间。为此,本研究进一步提出优化两岸创新创业环境的建议与对策,助推创新创业环境的长足发展。

Abstract:

Innovation and entrepreneurship environment is the decisive factor in the success of innovation. Based on the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship environment, this paper takes government support, industrial development, R D environment, talent environment, financial support, market environment as six factors to evaluate innovation and entrepreneurship environment, taking Fujian and Taiwan Provinces as an example, a comparative study of innovation and entrepreneurship environment across the Taiwan Strait is conducted. The results show that under the motto of "Internet +", the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship in both sides of the strait has been growing steadily and with good momentum of development. However, there is still room for development. Therefore, this study further puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship across the Taiwan Strait and helps boost the rapid development of the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
