为了探索企业参与多元化产学研知识互动的情况本文对广东省清溪镇所有规模以上企业进行调研,获得了166家企业参与14种产学研知识互动情况的数据。因子分析结果显示,企业多元化产学研知识互动形式可分为合作研究、人员流动、研究服务与支持和科研成果商业化四类。其中研究服务与支持形式的知识互动程度最高,其次是合作研究和人员流动,而科研成果商业化的最低。但总体上企业参与产学研知识互动的程度偏低。

The aim of this paper is to examine diversified channels through which firms interact with universities and research institutions. Based on a survey of all above-scale manufacturing firms at Qingxi Town of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, we gathered data on 14 university-industry-research institution knowledge interaction channels used by a sample of 166 manufacturing firms. Via factor analysis, we distinguish four types of knowledge interaction channels, namely collaborative R D, human mobility, R D services and support and commercialization of research results. We find that R D services and support is the most popular channel, followed by collaborative R D and human mobility, yet commercialization of research results is rarely used by firms. But generally, the degree that firm engage with universities and research institutions is not high.
