Abstract:The paper adopts DEA-Malmquist method to calculate the relative efficiency of input and output of science and technology financial in 14 cities, including Shenzhen, and makes horizontal comparison and dynamic longitudinal comparison. According to the measurement results, it is considered that in the new era, science and technology finance in Shenzhen has a good financial foundation and a strong atmosphere for social science and technology innovation. However, the sci-tech financial governance structure is not perfect and the talent pool is insufficient. In view of the opportunities and challenges of developing science and technology finance, it is suggested that Shenzhen should establish and improve its market mechanism, strengthen the agglomeration development of science and technology finance, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and speed up the construction of talent system.
