Abstract:This paper uses literature research and theoretical analysis to tease out all possible factors that influence the R&D output of China''s high-tech industries, and construct the index system of technological innovation capability of high-tech industries. By statistics of various indicators in 2000-2015,using statistical analysis method and factor analysis regression method, from the aspects of input ability, innovation ability, support ability and policy factors, to analyze the influence of all factors on R&D output. the influence of various factors on research and development output is analyzed empirically. The results showed that knowledge output had significant sexual relationship with R&D expenditure intensity, enterprise capital input, personnel input, number of enterprises, introduction of digestible absorption and re-innovation ability, etc.That the market output had significant sexual relationship with investment in enterprise capital, personnel input, R&D expenditure intensity, profit margin, tax rate, etc. And according to the results,to make suggestions for the government and enterprises to rationally plan and innovate resources and improve the output of industrial research and development.
