通过文献研究和理论分析梳理出影响中国高技术产业研发产出的所有可能因素,并构建高技术产业技术创新能力指标体系。通过统计2000-2015年各指标的有关数据,利用统计分析方法和因子分析回归方法,从投入能力、创新能力、支撑能力、政策因素等方面实证分析各因素对研发产出的影响。结果发现,知识产出与R&D经费投入强度、企业资金投入、人员投入、企业数量、引进消化吸收再创新能力等有显著性关系,市场产出与企业资金投入、人员投入、R&D经费投入强度、利润率、税负率等有显著性关系。并根据研究结果,为政府及企业合理规划创新资源、科学提升产业研发产出等提出建议。

This paper uses literature research and theoretical analysis to tease out all possible factors that influence the R&D output of China''s high-tech industries, and construct the index system of technological innovation capability of high-tech industries. By statistics of various indicators in 2000-2015,using statistical analysis method and factor analysis regression method, from the aspects of input ability, innovation ability, support ability and policy factors, to analyze the influence of all factors on R&D output. the influence of various factors on research and development output is analyzed empirically. The results showed that knowledge output had significant sexual relationship with R&D expenditure intensity, enterprise capital input, personnel input, number of enterprises, introduction of digestible absorption and re-innovation ability, etc.That the market output had significant sexual relationship with investment in enterprise capital, personnel input, R&D expenditure intensity, profit margin, tax rate, etc. And according to the results,to make suggestions for the government and enterprises to rationally plan and innovate resources and improve the output of industrial research and development.
