Empirical Study on Influential Factors of the Operational Performance of the Corn Deep Processing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliances - Based on survey data of Heilongjiang Province

摘要:

以黑龙江省玉米深加工产业技术创新战略联盟为研究对象,运用描述性统计、因子分析、相关分析以及多元线性回归模型对联盟运行绩效影响因素进行详细解析。得出的结论：影响联盟运行绩效的主要影响因素依次是：联盟能力因子、联盟环境因子、联盟管理因子、联盟合作因子；联盟能力因子和联盟管理因子对集成效应影响较高,联盟环境因子和联盟能力因子对经济效应影响较高,而对社会效应的影响没有突出的影响因子。为提升联盟成员间的合作和联盟内部的管理水平,本文建议从联盟的管理机制、利益分配体系、联盟外部网络以及配套平台建设四方面入手。

Abstract:

In this paper, the corn deep processing industry technological innovation strategic alliance in Heilongjiang Province is the research object. The influencing factors of coalition operational performance were analyzed in detail by means of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression model. The conclusion is drawn that the main influencing factors of coalition operational performance are as follows: coalition capacity factor, coalition environmental factor, coalition management factor and coalition cooperation factor; the coalition capacity factor and the coalition management factor have a higher impact on the integration effect, and the coalition environmental factor and the coalition capacity factor have a higher influence on the economic effect, while there is no prominent impact on the social effects. In order to enhance the cooperation among the alliance members and the management level within the alliance, this paper proposes to start from four aspects: the management mechanism of the alliance, the benefit distribution system, the external network of the alliance and the construction of the supporting platform.
