基于利益相关者理论的高校科技成果转化机制研究

摘要:

高校作为知识创新和技术创新的实践者,是我国技术创新活动的重要主体。当前我国高校拥有丰富的科技资源、较强的研发能力,但科技成果转化能力较弱。基于利益相关者理论,对高校科技成果转化外部与内部的利益相关群体进行识别,考察各个利益相关主体在高校科技成果转化中的定位与作用。在系统、全面地分析高校科技成果转化内外部的利益相关群体在对成果转化中的影响的基础上,研究提出促进高校科技成果转化的政策建议。

Abstract:

As a knowledge innovation and technological innovation practitioners, university is an important subject of China"s technological innovation activities. At present, China"s universities have rich scientific and technological resources, strong research and development capabilities, but the scientific and technological achievements are weak. Based on the theory of stakeholder, this study identifies the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of the university and the internal and internal interest-related groups, and examines the positioning and role of various stakeholders in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the basis of systematically and comprehensively analyzing the influence of stakeholder groups inside and outside the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the transformation of achievements.
