Abstract:As a knowledge innovation and technological innovation practitioners, university is an important subject of China"s technological innovation activities. At present, China"s universities have rich scientific and technological resources, strong research and development capabilities, but the scientific and technological achievements are weak. Based on the theory of stakeholder, this study identifies the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of the university and the internal and internal interest-related groups, and examines the positioning and role of various stakeholders in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the basis of systematically and comprehensively analyzing the influence of stakeholder groups inside and outside the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the transformation of achievements.
