基于动机理论的企业进入产业技术创新战略联盟分类研究

Research on the classification of enterprise entering into industry technology innovation strategic alliance based on motivation theory

摘要:

进入产业技术创新战略联盟是企业出于自身发展战略的考量，企业进入联盟的纷繁多样及不科学性决定了企业进入联盟分类的必要性。通过对企业规模界定、企业进入联盟时间划分和企业进入联盟方式归纳，对企业进入联盟进行定性三维分类，构成的空间结构显示企业进入联盟存在八种类型，企业进入动机根据进入种类的不同存在差异。针对企业在进入联盟时存在信息获取不全面、企业进入和退出联盟机制不完善等阻碍，分别从联盟单位、政府和企业自身三个角度提出相应的完善对策。

Abstract:

Entering into industry technology innovation strategic alliance is the consideration of enterprise development strategy,the complexity and the unscientific nature of the enterprise entering into alliance determine the necessity of the enterprise entering into alliance classification.Based on definition of enterprise size, division the time of enterprise entering into alliance and conclusion the way of enterprise entering into alliance, it makes qualitative three-dimensional classification of enterprises entering into alliance and the dimensional structure shows eight types enterprise entering into alliance.There are some differences in the motivation of enterprise entry because of different type of enterprise entering into alliance.For the obstacles during enterprise entering into alliance,such as obtaining incomplete information and imperfect mechanism of enterprise entering into and withdrawing from alliance,the article puts forward some corresponding improving countermeasure from three Angles of the alliance unit, the government and the enterprise.
