    摘要:

    本文使用二维象限法分析方法研究全球高校专利竞争力与科研关联度,发现全球高校专利在二维图中具有很强的分布规律,专利竞争力与科研存在着很大的关联关系。通过y=ax+b线性拟合公式研究全球高校专利竞争力与科研关联度,发现发达国家高校的科研与专利布局意识存在很高的一致性和协调性。中国全球重点高校的线性拟合中a值为0.211 6,低于本研究中的大部分其他国家,b值为30.255 0,低于本研究中的其他国家,这两个参数表明中国高校目前正在处于一个特殊的发展时期,整体更倾向于发明创造、申请更多的专利进行布局,也符合中国目前的经济和科技发展历史时期。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, we use the two-dimensional quadrant method to study the relationship between the patent competitiveness of universities and scientific research in the world. It is found that,the patent of colleges and universities in the world has a strong distribution law in the two-dimensional graph, and there is a great correlation between the patent competitiveness and scientific research. Based on the y=ax+b linear fitting formula, this paper studies the relationship between patent competitiveness and scientific research in colleges and universities in the world, it is found that there are high consistency and coordination between the patent competitiveness and scientific research in the developed countries. For the universities in China, the value of a is 0.211 6, which is lower than that of most other countries in this study, and the value of B is 30.255 0, which is also lower than that of other countries in this study. These two parameters indicate that Chinese universities are in a special development period and incline to apply for more patents. The results are also accorded with China''s current economic and technological development period.
