Abstract:This paper chooses communication manufacturing firm ZTE on behalf of the enterprises as the research object, by using the co-occurrence analysis and social network analysis which can visualize ZTE patent information data sets, four dimensions from the technical level including calendar year patent number distribution and high cited patent analysis, manual code and technical topics derwent were analyzed, and summarized from the technical research and development investment, technology research and development, the quality of technology research and development of three point of building enterprise technology competitiveness evaluation index system, established an evaluation model of grey target theory in empirical analysis, through manual code derwent co-occurrence analysis to identify the zte hotspots in the field of technology and communication, visual enterprise in the competition in the field of global communication, communication from the perspective of patent information analysis, grasped the manufacturing listed companies competitive situation. The results of the empirical analysis are compared with the results of the patent measurement, combining the Keywordsof the 19th CPC national congress to make recommendations for the strategic decision-making for ZTE,so as to provide a scientific reference for the strategic decision-making of enterprises in the communication field.
