Abstract:As a carrier for creative incubation and technology transfer,maker-space has developed explosively under the call of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, thus arousing problems of imbalance between the side of supply and need as space redundancy and the talent demand can not be effectively met. Therefore, it is essential to fully realize the problems existing in the supply side of maker-spaces’ service, reform and improve the content of space service supply, and to attract high-quality start-ups to improve the performance of maker-space, making sustainable development of the maker-spaces. Based on the service quality model, this paper develops a service demand index system objectively, and tries to analyze the service demand of the potential makers from the college students with high entrepreneurial willingness, and explore the direction of the service supply of maker-space. The study found that college students have high demand for the tangible services such as site construction, equipment supply and responsive services such as the efficiency of the application and consultation. The results of the study intends to provide further suggestions such as reforming service content, strengthening service ability, and optimizing service environment, and achieving a reasonable allocation of resources for maker-spaces.
