    摘要:

    随着破坏性创新理论和实践的不断发展,学术界对破坏性创新的研究成果也越来越丰富。本文首先对破坏性创新的理论发展和组织条件进行回顾和阐述,在此基础上通过一系列中国企业案例研究,更好的阐述创新的生产经营过程(研发、生产、营销、销售)是如何影响破坏性创新的,以及破坏性创新机会更多的是需要采取积极主动的行动获得的,而不主要是自发形成的,最后, 根据研究结果,本文得出管理的启示并提出了对策, 为企业技术和商业模式创新实践提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of disruptive innovation theory and practice, the research on disruptive innovation has become more and more abundant. This paper firstly reviews and expounds the theoretical development and organizational conditions of disruptive innovation. On this basis, through a series of Chinese enterprise case studies, this paper gives a better description of how a series of innovative production and management processes (research and development, production, marketing, sales) affect disruptive innovation. And we found that disruptive innovation opportunities are mainly obtained by taking proactive action, not primarily spontaneous. Finally, this paper obtains the management enlightenment and proposes the countermeasure, provides the reference for the enterprise technology and the business model innovation practice.
