Abstract:With the continuous development of disruptive innovation theory and practice, the research on disruptive innovation has become more and more abundant. This paper firstly reviews and expounds the theoretical development and organizational conditions of disruptive innovation. On this basis, through a series of Chinese enterprise case studies, this paper gives a better description of how a series of innovative production and management processes (research and development, production, marketing, sales) affect disruptive innovation. And we found that disruptive innovation opportunities are mainly obtained by taking proactive action, not primarily spontaneous. Finally, this paper obtains the management enlightenment and proposes the countermeasure, provides the reference for the enterprise technology and the business model innovation practice.
