促进科技成果转化是推进供给侧结构性改革的重要手段,而提高有效供给和需求使之达到均衡是提高科技成果转化率的关键。本文在构建科技成果转化供需主体模型基础上,重点从企业的核心地位、高校转化规模、科技成果转化政策体系、市场交易活跃程度、转化平台精准对接、中介服务机构支撑等方面分析广东省科技成果转化供需现状,并从扩大有效供给、扩大有效需求和优化供需环境等提出对策建议。
