机器人电子商务平台以企业用户为主,产品价值、技术含量和专业性高,盈利模式的设计对于平台发展至关重要。论文根据市场需求及平台特点,结合盈利模式的组成要素从价值对象、价值主张、价值创造、价值实现和价值保护五个方面设计机器人电子商务平台盈利模式;进一步,运用e3-value建模仿真工具,构建机器人电子商务平台e3-value价值模型并进行数值仿真,基于仿真结果进行盈利模式的优化设计,提升平台的盈利性和竞争优势。

Users of robot e-commerce platform are mainly enterprises, and robot products are of high value, technical content and professionalism, the profit model design is crucial for the development of robot e-commerce platform. According to the market demand and characteristics of the platform, the profit model is designed specifically from the five elements, including value objects, value proposition, value creation, value realization and value protection. Then the value model of the robot e-commerce platform is constructed by using the e3-value modeling and simulation tool. The simulation result is applied to optimal design of the profit model to improve the profitability and competitive advantage of the platform.
