基于我国海洋领域2009-2016年专利申请数据,构建了以专利权人为节点、以合作关系为联结的创新网络,进一步量化了规模、结构等网络特征,并采用灰色综合关联度模型分析了其对专利申请数量的影响。研究表明:相较于密度、平均度、度中心势等结构特征,节点数量、联结数量、团体数量等规模特征对专利申请数量影响更为明显。进一步分析发现,企业专利权人倾向于与子企业以及关联企业合作,学术专利权人的合作伙伴则更为多元化。

Based on the patent applications data of China"s marine from 2009 to 2016, this paper constructed innovation networks with nodes of patentees and lies of collaborations. Then quantifies the characteristics of scale and structure, and used gray comprehensive correlation analysis model to find their effects on the number of patent applications. The results show that: Compared with structures like density, average degree, and degree centralization, scales like number of nodes, number of lies, and number of components have higher influences. Further analysis shows that patentees of the enterprises prefer the selection of subsidiaries and affiliates in the selection of partners; and the patentees of academic choose the partners more diversified.
