创新环境要素对城市创新发展绩效有着重要影响。本文通过制定一个面向城市创新环境的评价指标体系，使用因子分析和数据包络分析方法，对珠三角国家自主创新示范区的9大城市的创新环境与创新绩效的关系进行综合评价。以实证研究结果分析各城市自身存在的短板和问题，提出一些引导珠三角各城市优化创新环境，提升创新效率，促进创新整体发展的政策建议。

Innovative environmental factors have an important effect on urban innovative performance. Withthedataof 9 cities in Pearl River Delta, thispaperuses the factor analysis model and the IDEA model to establish evaluation index system to explore the relationship between innovation environment and innovative performance. Further, the Empirical analysis Reveals some shortcomings and problems of the PRD city groups.As consequence，strategy analysis are offered respectfully for optimizing the innovation environment,promoting the innovation efficiency and the innovative development.
