广东省专业镇创新指数评价体系构建及实证研究

A study on the evaluation system of innovation index of Guangdong specialized town and Empirical analysis

摘要:

广东特色产业集群“专业镇”经济总量占比已超过全省三分一,成为广东创新发展重要抓手。本文基于“创新链”、“产业链”融合理念的专业镇创新指数,建立了容纳创新基础、科技研发、成果产业化、生产专业化全过程的指标体系,实现对工业、农业和服务业三类型产业、不同发展阶段的专业镇实证分析,根据创新指数得分情况,可以将全省不同类型专业镇划分成不同创新层次,并依据得分情况分析其发展策略。

Abstract:

The key factors of innovative development of Guangdong province are not only in central cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, but also in Guangdong specialized towns, which account for more than a third of its economy. Based on "innovation chain" and "industrial chain" theory,Innovation index system covers the whole process of innovation foundation, factor aggregation, scientific research and development and achievement industrialization. The empirical analysis of specialized towns in industrial, agricultural and service industries and different stages of development can be realized, via applying the database of Guangdong specialized town. This paper classify specialized towns by their industries and degrees of innovative development, and development strategies are offered respectfully for all stages.
