增值视角下工程交易模式创新设计的影响因素研究

Research on the influencing factors of the innovative design of the engineering transaction model under the value-added Perspective——A semi structured interview based on the grounded theory

摘要:

从项目增值视角,运用扎根理论研究方法,分析访谈中获取的资料以及相关数据,发掘出工程交易模式创新设计中的29项影响因素,分为外在社会经济环境、项目参与方特征和工程自身特征等三大类别,构建工程项目交易模式创新的影响因素及其作用机理模型。研究表明,在工程交易模式创新过程中,业主是进行交易模式创新设计的主体,在工程交易模式创新过程中起核心作用,项目自身特征是交易模式创新设计的基础与前提,外在的社会经济发展是引导业主方进行交易模式创新设计的主要驱动力,而工程交易模式创新设计的最终目的是实现项目增值。

Abstract:

from the perspective of project value, use the method of grounded theory, get the analysis in the interview data and related data, dig out the 29 factors of construction project transaction mode innovation design, divide into external social and economic environment, the project participants own characteristics and engineering features of three categories, the model effects the construction of innovative trading patterns project factors and mechanism. Research shows that, in the construction project transaction mode in the process of innovation, the owner is main transaction mode innovation design, play a key role in construction project transaction mode in the process of innovation, the project itself is characteristic of transaction basis and premise of innovative design, external social and economic development is the main driving force to guide the client transaction mode of innovative design. The ultimate goal of construction project transaction mode innovation design is to achieve the project value.
