“互联网+”信息技术服务业促进制造业升级效率研究 ——基于DEA-BCC模型的实证分析

    摘要:

    当今世界信息技术快速发展,并不断向服务业渗透,由此衍生出全新的服务业态---现代信息服务业,这一新兴业态的快速发展已经成为制造业转型升级、提质增效的重要助推器。文章应用DEA数据包络分析法,采用全国时序数据和省际截面数据,从综合效率、规模效率、纯技术效率及投影分析等4个方面研究信息技术服务业助推制造业转型升级的促进效率。研究结果显示,2000年以来信息技术服务业对促进制造业升级的综合效率明显改善,主要得益于“互联网+”现代信息技术服务业快速发展促进了制造业产业结构高度的提升;但是经过投影分析证明信息技术服务作为要素投入尚未达到最佳配置比例,制造业产出尚有不足。此外,由于我国31个省份制造业和信息技术服务业发展程度不同,因此信息技术服务业对制造业升级的促进作用存在明显的省际差异。最后为提升制造业转型升级效率提出相关对策建议。

    Abstract:

    In today's world, information technology has developed rapidly and infiltrated to the service industry continuously, resulting in a new service industry—modern information service industry, which has become an important booster of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. In the aspects of comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale benefit and projection analysis, this paper applies DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)to analyze information technology services’ promoting efficiency to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry based on the data of national sequence and provincial cross section. The results show that the information technology service industry has significantly improved the overall efficiency of the upgrading of manufacturing industry since 2000, which mainly thanks to the reason that rapid development of "Internet +" modern information technology service industry has optimized the industrial structure of manufacturing industry. However, the projection analysis shows that as an input factor, the information technology service has not reached the optimal allocation ratio, and the manufacturing output is still insufficient. In addition, because of the different development degree of manufacturing and information technology services in China’s 31 provinces, there are obvious provincial differences in the promotion of information technology service industry to the upgrading of manufacturing industry. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the efficiency of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.
