本文基于经济发展和科技进步之间相互促进的关系,利用2014-2016年我国31个省级行政区科技发展相关数据,建立了联立方程组模型,对科技进步与经济发展的相互促进关系以及影响经济发展的科技因素进行定量分析,并对东部发达地区与西部欠发达地区的科技发展进行了比较分析,结果显示研究与实验发展(R D)经费投入对东部GDP有更为显著的推动作用,而高端人才的紧缺使西部地区发展受到限制。

Based on the analysis of mutual promotion and mutual restraint relationship between science and technology and economic development, the author establishes simultaneous equations model by using the data of scientific and technological development of 31 provincial administrative regions in China for the past 2014-2016 . The relationship between science and technology and economic development as well as the influence of the mutual promotion is quantitatively analyzed. The author compares the development of science and technology in the eastern and western regions. The results show that the development of research and experiment (R D) funds have a more significant role in promoting GDP in the East, and the shortage of high-end talent in the western region development limited.
