我国高端产业监测研究

Monitoring research on China

摘要:

借鉴美国布鲁金斯学会《美国高端产业》研究报告对高端产业的定义,将符合产业中R D经费占主营业务收入的比重不低于0.9%和R D人员占用工人数的比例不低于3.7%这两条标准的行业认定为我国的高端产业,共筛选出12个行业。并对这些行业的研发投入和产出、就业及工业销售产值等情况进行研究分析。在此基础上提出若干对我国高端产业发展的启示建议。

Abstract:

Referring to the definition of the advanced industries in America’s advanced industries: What they are, Where they are, and Why they matter, which published by the Brookings Institution of the United States, the industry that meets the following two criteria is identified as China"s advanced industries: first, the proportion of R D funds in the industry is no less than 0.9% of the main business income; second, the proportion of R D occupying workers is no less than 3.7%. According to the two standards, a total of 12 industries are selected. The research and development input and output, employment and industrial sales value of these industries are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on the development of China"s advanced industries are put forward.
