    摘要:

    新常态下低碳适用技术不仅是低碳经济发展的持续动力,而且还对未来二氧化碳排放规模起到决定性作用。基于低碳适用技术的概念,从宏观、中观和微观视角提出了低碳适用技术需求评估的研究思路,以吉林省为例,采用LMDI分解模型和熵值法等对吉林省低碳适用技术需求评估进行了探究,构建了吉林省实现碳减排的低碳适用技术清单列表,并进一步分析了低碳适用技术的减排潜力,最后从推进先进节能技术、改造升级传统技术、淘汰落后工艺和技术、建设能耗在线监测系统等方面提出对策建议。

    Abstract:

    Low-carbon technology is the continuous driving force for the development of low-carbon economy, but also plays a decisive role in the scale of carbon emissions in the future. Based on the concept of low-carbon appropriate technology, from the macroscopic, intermediate and microcosmic perspective, the research ideas of demand assessment of low-carbon appropriate technology are put forward. The LMDI decomposition model and entropy method are used to investigate the demand assessment of low-carbon appropriate technology in Jilin province. The inventory of low-carbon appropriate technology for carbon emission reduction in Jilin is constructed. The emission reduction potential of low-carbon technology is further analyzed. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of pushing on advanced energy saving technology, upgrading traditional technologies, eliminating backward processes and technologies, and building on-line monitoring system for energy consumption.
