国际间技术标准壁垒设置与突破的博弈与实证分析

Game and Empirical Analysis on Setting and Breaking of Barrier in International Technical Standards

摘要:

标准问题近年来逐渐成为国际经济贸易活动中所关注的焦点，标准从被制定到逐渐成熟最终形成国际化标准要经历一系列复杂的程序。本文从跨国贸易角度出发，首先对跨国贸易活动中贸易方产品产生需求优势的数学机理进行详细分析，分析表明设置标准壁垒会对出口国产品的需求产生明显影响。在此分析的基础上，对贸易进口国出于保护国内产业市场而设置标准壁垒与贸易出口国突破标准壁垒过程中的一系列博弈行为进行分析。最后在目前我国标准亟待输出迫切的背景下，提出具有针对性的建议以促进我国标准实现国际化。

Abstract:

The standard questions have gradually become the focus of international economic and trade activities in recent years. The standards go through a series of complicated procedures from being formulated to maturing and eventually forming international standards.From the perspective of transnational trade, this paper first analyzes the mathematical mechanism of the demand advantage of trade products in transnational trade activities. The analysis shows that setting standard barriers will have a significant impact on the demand of exporting countries' products.On the basis of this analysis, a series of game behaviors of trade importing countries in setting standard barriers for the protection of the domestic industrial market and breaking the standard barriers in the exporting countries of trade are analyzed.At last, under the urgent background of urgent output of our country's standards, we put forward some pertinent suggestions to promote the standardization of our country.
