通常高校以专利转让、许可或作价入股实现科技成果转移转化,是以一定交易价格实现科技成果价值的市场化行为,这就对高校科技成果价值评估工作提出了较高要求。本文以高校科技成果价值评估作为研究对象,总结了当前高校科技成果价值评估现状,指出了当前科技成果评估当中存在的问题,分析了影响成果价值评估的因素,最后给出了相关建议。

Transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is usually realized by the transfer, license, or priced into the stock market of a patent. This is the marketing behavior of realizing the value of scientific and technological achievements at a certain transaction price. Then, higher requirements are proposed to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements in universities. In this paper, value evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is taken as the research object. The present situation of value evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is summarized. The problems of value evaluation of scientific and technological achievements are pointed out. The influence factors of value evaluation of scientific and technological achievements are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are given on value evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
