商业生态系统是现代企业的一种重要组织形式和发展新趋势。对其信息生态治理机制的分析有助于商业生态系统通过信息生态治理降低信息活动中的风险,促进信息生产、流动、交换并利用知识推动共同演化。在综合商业生态系统、信息生态、组织治理理论的基础上,详细分析了商业生态系统的信息生态的结构、治理内涵、治理构成和风险。针对信息活动中信息资源、信息技术基础设施和知识的治理及其风险,分析、论证了核心组织决策机制、信息整合机制、知识获取机制；针对超组织生态发展中竞争范式转变的问题,分析、论证了共生约束机制和共同演化机制。

Abstract:

Business ecosystem is an important organization and a new trend for modern firms, which needs support from its information ecology. Combining theories from business ecosystem, information ecology and corporate governance, we analyze the connotation of information ecology governance in business ecosystem, their components and risks. In terms of risks in the governance of information activities relevant with information resource, IT infrastructure and knowledge, the corresponding mechanisms are articulated and developed including decision mechanisms, information integration mechanisms, knowledge acquisition mechanisms. In terms of transformation of competition paradigm in the super organization development, symbiosis constraints mechanisms and co-evolution mechanisms are developed.
