Abstract:The knowledge transfer in innovation network has important influence on the promotion of enterprise innovation capability. Based on the theory of knowledge transfer, innovation network and innovation capability, this paper has developed the questionnaire of knowledge transfer and Innovation capability for integrated circuit industry. At the same time, the network centrality is denoted by degree, betweenness and closeness from real innovation network. The paper tests the impact of knowledge transfer on the capability of innovation empirically, as well as the moderating role of network centrality between knowledge transfer and innovation capability. The research conclusions show that the auxiliary and complementary knowledge transfer has significant positive effect on the incremental innovation capability and the radical innovation capability. The positive effect of the auxiliary knowledge transfer on the incremental innovation is more significant. However, the positive effect of complementary knowledge transfer on radical innovation capability is more significant. Innovation network centrality plays a positive role in the transfer of knowledge and innovation. The research results have important guiding significance for the matching of enterprise technology innovation and knowledge transfer, self-network construction and so on.
