Abstract:Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and entropy weight method, the utilization level, regional characteristics and differences of PV resources in 31 provinces and cities in 2015 were analyzed, and different development models are proposed for five kinds of development regions. The result showed that: The evaluation value of PV resources in 31 provinces is in positive skewness distribution, and the data is concentrated on the small side. In the northern and eastern coastal cities of China, the utilization of resources is high and the inland areas are lower. Solar energy resources will not restrict the development of PV industrial, socioeconomic status and the distributed PV development are the root cause of reginal difference. According to the utilization of PV resources and the actual situation, it is divided into four kinds of development regions.:optimized adjustment areas, key development areas, potential development areas and orderly development areas.
