将云计算思想应用到地震灾害应急管理领域中,可以实现分散在多领域、多地区和多部门的应急资源随时随需调度,解决了传统地震灾害应急资源获取及分配问题。基于对应急云中多源异构地震灾害应急资源类型的分析,借助于双目标线性规划的思想,建立基于应急云的面向地震灾害应急救援任务需求的“任务-资源”匹配模型,并为其设计了算法流程,强调引入调节系数在平衡两个目标函数过程中的重要性,数值试验结果验证了该模型的可行性与有效性,研究结果为提高地震应救援效率提供参考借鉴。

With cloud computing applying to the field of the emergency management of earthquake disaster, emergency resources from multi-field, multi- region and multi-sector can be used to dispatch at any time. It solved the traditional problem of resource acquisition and allocation in earthquake disaster. Based on the analysis of multi-source heterogeneous emergency resource in emergent cloud, with the help of double objective linear programming ideas, "Task-Resources" matching model under cloud environment for emergency earthquake rescue is established, and corresponding algorithm is designed, adopts adjustment coefficient to balance the two objective function. A case study is proposed to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and solution algorithm, the research results will provide reference for improving the efficiency of earthquake rescue.
