互联网金融背景下科技型小微企业融资平台建设

The Construction of Financing Platform for the Technology-based SMEs based on Internet Finance

摘要:

科技型小微企业作为我国科技创新最具活力和潜力的群体，却面临着最为艰难的融资环境。通过充分分析科技型小微企业融资难题，从互联网金融角度出发，创新性地加入区域创投机构，构建了多方参与的科技型小微企业互联网融资平台。并通过博弈论证明：互联网融资平台能够提高科技型小微企业的融资成功率。最后从培育指导机制、加强风控机制和完善信用机制方面对建设科技型小微企业互联网融资平台提出建议。

Abstract:

As the most dynamic and potential group of science and technology innovation in our country, technology-based SMEs face the most difficult financing environment. By fully analyzing the financing bottlenecks of technology-based SMEs, from the perspective of Internet finance, this paper constructs the Internet financing platform of technology-based SMEs which concludes the regional venture capital investment organizations. It is proved by game theory that Internet financing platform can improve the financing success rate of technology-based SMEs. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to build the Internet financing platform of technology-based SMEs from the aspects of cultivating guidance mechanism, controlling risk mechanism and perfecting credit mechanism.
