基于AHP的山东省区域软实力综合评价研究

摘要:

软实力被越来越多的纳入到一国综合国力的评价体系当中，成为一国或一地区综合素质的重要评价因素，其对一个区域（省、市、县）经济发展的重要性和必要性日益凸显。本文建立在区域软实力的概念和内涵的基础之上，结合国内外关于软实力以及区域软实力的发展现状，结合生活实际，将区域软实力划分为区域文化、人口素质、公共服务和区域形象四个方面。围绕四个方面甄别和筛选了24个指标，形成了一个可操作性强的评价指标体系，利用层次分析法（AHP）和聚类分析法，对山东省17地市的区域软实力发展现状进行综合评价分析。结合山东省各地市在区域软实力发展过程中的优势和不足，提出了一些合理性建议。

Abstract:

The regional soft power is an important aspect of evaluating the comprehensive strength of a region, and it has an important role to promote the economic development.
