基于共享情境的科技型衍生创业企业知识共享模式研究

摘要:

科技型衍生创业企业在推动经济发展中的作用日渐凸现,已成为国家创新体系的重要主体,知识共享是其进行技术创新的关键。本文基于知识基础观和企业成长理论,从情境、主体、内容、过程4个知识共享层面对科技型衍生创业企业知识共享的要素进行探究。以此为核心,构建基于共享情境的科技型衍生创业企业的知识共享模式：创业生存期-迁移式知识共享模式、快速发展期-协同式知识共享模式和成熟蜕变期-驱动式知识共享模式,为科技型衍生创业企业进行知识共享提供了经验参考。

Abstract:

The role of the technical spin-offs＇enterprises in promoting economic development is becoming more and more obvious.Technical spin-offs＇enterprises have become important subjects of national innovation system.Knowledge sharing is their key to technological innovation.This paper explores the elements of the technical spin-offs＇enterprises knowledge sharing from four levels of situation,main body,content and process based on the theories of knowledge base view and enterprise growth.In this way,this paper builds the technical spin-offs＇enterprises knowledge sharing models based on sharing situation which provide empirical references for the technical spin-offs＇enterprises knowledge sharing. In the stage of business survival, the model named transfer knowledge sharing should be chosen. In the stage of rapid development, the model named collaborative knowledge sharing should be chosen. In the stage of mature transformation, the model named driven knowledge sharing should be chosen.
